Timetable

We offer a wide range of classes - pole classes from complete beginners to advanced pole, flexibility, strength and conditioning, dance and flow, and we also offer numerous workshops with our in house and guest instructors.

Here is a description of each class you can find on our timetable:

Beginner Pole

This class is suitable for complete beginners and those who have had a few beginner sessions and wish to continue working and improving on the fundamentals, strength and building blocks of pole.

Improvers Pole

This class is suitable for everyone who has completed a beginners & level 2 courses or has had a prior pole experience (please contact us to confirm if this level is suitable for you). We will continue to help you improve on your skills, your strength and all other aspects of your pole journey. 

Intermediate Pole

This class is suitable for everyone who has completed improvers course/sessions or has had a prior pole experience (please contact us if you are unsure whether this class is suitable for you). We will continue to strengthen your moves up the pole and create combos using skills you gained through beginners and improvers courses/sessions.  

Spin Pole

Class dedicated to and focused solely on spin pole - creating beautiful spinning combos. Take skills, moves and tricks learnt on static pole onto the spinning pole.

You will need to have completed minimum of 6 beginner classes to join this class but there will also be progressions for those at higher level. 

Open Level Pole

This class is suitable for everyone - all levels - from complete beginners to experienced polers. You will be working at your own level, building and developing on your skills and technique. 

Pole X Heels

Think of this class as a merger of everything you like...pole, heels (not compulsory), flow, combos...using floor, low pole and also going a little higher...combining moves on the floor and using the pole, moving slow and slinky-like as well as learning some dynamic movements and tricks. 

Please note you will need to have attended minimum beginner course/have prior pole experience to attend so you have a basic understanding of technique. 

Heels Flow

Join us for an hour of dancing...powerful, sensual, make it your own style, including heel clacks, leg waves, and much more! 

Please note you will need to have attended minimum level 1/beginner course or have prior pole experience to attend so you have a basic understanding of technique. Heels are not essential, knee pads are recommended.

Stretch & Flex

Looking to improve your flexibility and range of motion? Be strong in your end range such as splits and backbends? Working on flexibility, safe and controlled range of motion is important in pole and in general life. We will be working on gaining more flexibility and strength within these sessions, including working on splits, backbends, incorporating strengthening exercises and awareness of movement in a safe way.
